The above grid shows the free places offered to groups travelling to all Clubhotels and Chalets and selected hotels in Italy. The following conditions will apply:

·Free Places are calculated on package holidays only. (Flights, Accommodation and Transfers). Hotel and Flight Supplements and other services are payable by the person representing the free place. Free Places will be calculated on the passengers travelling on the lowest package price.

·Free places are calculated on full fare paying passengers only – passengers travelling on a free place or reduced rates do not count towards the total group size.

·A deposit payment is required by all passengers travelling.

·Later additions can join the group, but they will not qualify for further free places. If cancellations arise, it may be necessary to re-cost your holiday price as the number of full fare paying passengers may decrease and therefore, the group may no longer qualify for a free place/s.

·Free places cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, such as special discounts or very late sale offers. Multi – bedded room reductions do not apply to passengers travelling on a free place,
