The Chalet Chanousia is a cosy, basic and well located chalet overlooking Plagne Centre which is about 7 minutes walk in ski boots and 3/4 minutes in shoes.
A gentle blue piste down to Plagne Centre is only 2mins walk. The Chanousia has a pleasant, quiet location, set amongst the trees and is only a 5 minute walk from La Plagne Centre's nightlife and shops. It is a typical mountain chalet built mostly in wood. The comfortable dining and lounge area, with its open fireplace, has great views and access onto a balcony that overlooks La Plagne centre.

We employ excellent hosts and housekeepers who take care of your creature comforts and are very much a part of the social scene during your holiday. They know the skiing and will have lots of local information for you. For breakfast, there is a substantial buffet with ham, salami, cheese and cereals in addition to the usual bread and preserves. When you come back from skiing there's always cakes and coffee or tea, and at dinner, three excellent courses with free wine.
Cook's Night Off
On one day of the week, the host has a day off so you need to buy dinner. We always plan this as part of your après ski entertainment and will book a high value fun-filled evening in a local restaurant if you wish.
