This excellent ClubHotel, is located in Chantemerle, one of the focal points of the Serre Chevalier system. It's a friendly village, very popular and convenient, with great local skiing and easy links to the other villages along the valley. Briançon is also very close. It is situated in its own grounds, 4/5mins easy walk to the village centre and main gondola to where you can ski back on a winding blue or a challenging black.
La Balme is built in chalet style using plenty of local timber and is a warm and friendly hotel, so ideal for families and groups. It has good public areas. On the ground floor there's a bar, lounge area and a large, airy restaurant with open fire. On the lower ground floor there's a games room with table tennis.
All the bedrooms have baths and some have a balcony. Most quad rooms have bunk beds and two singles.
