This TOPS-run popular ClubHotel is located in Vars les Claux, the top ski village
and the main resort area, with the best facilities. Most of the major lifts
and runs are here and the access is great. It's 200m from the Peynier chairlift
or 300m from the Chambieres gondola which accesses the entire area. The hotel
is a pretty little building, clad top to bottom in wood and with a nice rustic
feel to it. There's a reception area, a good bar, and an adjacent lounge with
open fire, satellite television and DVD player. The well-decorated bedrooms
are spread over 3 floors and all have private facilities. Most have balcony.
