Hotel Rif Blanc

The Hotel Le Rif Blanc is a charming chalet-hotel situated in the traditional French village of Monetier-les-Bains. It has recently been tastefully refurbished by a British couple who have been living in Serre Chevalier for the past 17 years. All bedrooms are a good size and have en-suite bathrooms which are contemporary in style. The restaurant offers an international menu and guests can choose from a variety of French wines. After dinner, guests can relax in the comfortable bar and lounge area and enjoy a mulled wine or home made genepi! Another option is to settle down with a good book in the TV/reading room. This is a hotel of an excellent standard and we are excited to feature it in our 2008-09 programme.

Monetier Les Bains is the highest village in Serre Chevalier sitting at 1500 metres. The village has a traditional charm and is renowned for the natural hot spring baths which will be open this winter. The ski lifts are 7 minutes walk from the hotel or it is possible to take the regular village bus which stops directly outside the hotel.
