Passport Information

Names on passports and travel tickets must be identical. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of departure. All children must have their own passport. European Health Card (EHIC)

How to get your European Health Card (EHIC):

  1. Apply on-line (please note your card will be delivered in within 7 days)
  2. Call the EHIC Applications Line on 0845 606 2030 (your card will be delivered within 10 days)
  3. By picking up an EHIC application pack from your local Post Office (your card will be delivered in within 21 days)

Airport Transfers

The average transfer is only just over 2 ½ hours and some are as fast as 1 hour! We plan our flights to arrive close together so that we can combine our coach transfers efficiently.

However when flights are delayed, it may be necessary to hold your transfer for a short while and we ask for your patience. We may also stop at more than one hotel en-route. Please note that seatbelts in Europe are not required by law and your coach may not be fitted with seat belts.

Self-Drive

If you prefer to drive to the Alps we can book your Ferry or the Eurotunnel for you. The price reduction varies but will be approximately £100 for not taking our inclusive flight and transfer.

Most French resorts are 8-10hrs from Calais and the Italian Piemonte resorts (Claviere, Sestriere and Sansicario) are approximately 10 hours from Calais. Austrian resorts will take you another 3 hours or so and the Dolomites a further hour over the Brenner Pass.
