Check in
You need to check in at your departure airport at least 2.5 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight. Please also read the airport security instructions on the website of your selected airport as this may be subject to alteration.

Arrangement for carriage of skis/snowboards

PLEASE NOTE: There is a charge of £21 per snowboard/set of skis for carriage on all of our flights. Due to the limited space, if you are taking your own skis/snowboard, it is strongly recommended that carriage is pre-booked to ensure they are placed on the aircraft. The check-in staff at the airport will only check in equipment if a prepaid sticker is attached to your flight ticket. If not, subject to load our Airport Representative will be able to issue stickers and collect payment at the check-in desk.
